There are 3 sections in the Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres resort:

1.- Grand Palladium section: most cost effective

2.- Family Selection section: upgraded amenities and adults get access to adults only section and are assigned a butler

3.- TRS Coral for adults only and butler assigned*

PLEASE NOTE: *Guests staying at the Family Selection and TRS Coral have access to all the sections of the resort.

*Guests staying at Grand Palladium can access only the areas of the Grand Palladium. NO ACCESS TO TRS CORAL*

Pricing reflects number of guests as per RSVP confirmation, please check occupancy when reviewing total amounts.

· Our wedding will be held on May 3rd, 2025.

· The available travel dates are April 30th to May 7th, 2025. You can book as many nights as you want (minimum 3) within these dates. The rates provided below are available within this group for these dates.

· To secure your room, you need to pay a non refundable deposit of CAD$250 per person before October 1st, 2024.

· The final balance must be paid before December 1st, 2024.

· Please give yourself at least 24-36 hours before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or cancellations.*

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the booking form. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the same form.

3. Ensure that your passport is valid for 6 months from your return date. Every guest requires a passport.

4. Flights are not included in these rates

5. Current inventory is available on a first-come, first-served basis. DO NOT wait to book your room as this resort is popular & sell-outs out frequently.

Important to note: If you book at a different hotel/resort, you cannot partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $100 USD per person/per day. Please also beware that day passes are not guaranteed to be available pending the resort capacity at your arrival date.

The airport you are flying into is Cancun International Airport (CUN)

We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You can go ahead and secure them at any time with your favorite airline.

*If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you can still utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc...). We recommend you pack a small bag with swimwear & other necessities to use & explore the resort while you wait for your room to be ready.
