We met during freshman year at Michigan State University through mutual friends and instantly felt comfortable around one another. Go Green!

After 3 close years of friendship (and Mikey trying really hard to get Krystal to stop being in denial), we started dating! This is a picture of us from our first date at Uncle John's Cider Mill.

After two years of visiting each other every weekend in various cities (Niles, Novi, Holland, Kalamazoo, East Lansing, Baldwin, Grand Rapids.... to name a few), we decided to move in together in Kentwood, MI. Our first Christmas living in the same apartment was a special one!

It wasn't long after that we adopted our sweet boy, Harbor. He has truly been the light of our lives and the start of our little family (plus our cat, Oliver... Krystal adopted him in 2017 so it was a package deal).

After almost throwing up a Jersey Mikes sandwich because he was so nervous, Mikey popped the big question on the shore of Lake Michigan and Krystal said YES! We could only keep the news to ourselves for about 8 hours - it was such a special day.

We closed on our first home in Lake Odessa, MI. We absolutely love hosting gatherings and are more than excited to have a yard to do so!

We booked our wedding venue and are having so much fun planning for our big day. We can't wait to celebrate with our family and friends!
