Let me set the scene for you…. It’s 1991, back in the day of pagers and floppy disks. In a small hospital room in Tampa Florida on August 27th a baby girl was born. Fast forward a few years this little girl was growing up in central Florida with dreams of becoming a veterinarian. Flash forward to 2023…. She’s been a hairdresser, an EMT and working as an EEG tech. She made friends all over the place, Florida, Texas, and Ohio. Out of the blue with a big leap of faith this small town Florida girl traded her flip flops and sandy beaches for winter coats and Cincinnati style chili. While settling down in Ohio she takes up a new hobby…. Bowling!

The year was 1995. Hillary Clinton was the First Lady, cell phones were used only for calls, and down the hall of an Ohio hospital on April 27th a baby boy was born. Fast forward to the days of dragon ball z, world of Warcraft and x-box 360s a gamer sits in his room glued to the tv worried about conserving his mana. Jump to adulthood…. He still plays games but also enjoys spending time fishing and bowling with his family.

It’s August 2023, the lanes were burnt, not a drop of oil. *bang* *smack* over the speakers a voice calls out “ball on 13, ball on 13.” It’s Thursday night league at Gilmore Lanes. People are talking and laughing, making plans for the upcoming fall/winter season. This is where it all started. A few weeks pass, it’s September 16th, the first night of the Saturday Late Nighters league. In walks that small town girl for her first night with her new team, the storm chasers! She greets everyone on the team, Kim, James, and Jason. The night goes great and everyone has a blast. They all continue to meet every other weekend for league, laughing and having a great time. All the while a budding friendship is growing between Krystal and Jason. It wasn’t long until till they started flirting with each other. Buying shots for each other and playing around, Jason making Krystal jump to high-five him after each turn on the lanes. Soon they found themselves being set up by James and Krystal’s best friend Emili. They started talking and soon after they made things “official” and started dating. It wasn’t long after that they knew they were going to be together forever.
