The ceremony will start at 5pm. Please be sure to be seated by then if you don't want to miss the show.

The ceremony is planned for outdoor in a location that should be covered in shade for the duration of the ceremony. In the case of weather, the ceremony will be moved to an indoor option. The cocktail hour will be in a covered area and the reception will be indoors.

Yes, there is ample parking. We will also be providing a shuttle to and from the Hampton Inn and Suites in Leesburg.

Sure will! All drinks - alcoholic and non-alcoholic - are covered but if you're happy with your bar tender, I'm sure they would always appreciate the tip!

The ceremony is scheduled to start at 5:00pm so we ask that everyone be near the ceremony area by 4:45pm and seated by 4:55pm. If you are driving to the venue the location of the ceremony will only be a short walk from the parking location.

There are a set of stairs leading to the ceremony site. For anyone who cannot use the stairs, there will be a golf cart on site to provide transportation to the ceremony site without using the stairs. Other than the ceremony site, there are no stairs, but the locations for the cocktail hour and reception are a short walk uphill. The golf cart will be available for anyone needing mobility assistance.
