For our guests staying at the Wyndham Newport Hotel, please use the information below to plan for pickup and drop off times on the day of the wedding:

Wyndham Newport:
The shuttle to the wedding will pick you up in front of the hotel at 4:20pm. The bus will only wait for about 5 minutes until it heads to the venue, so please make sure you are ready and waiting for the shuttle to arrive at that time.

After the reception, the bus will pick you up at the venue at 10:45pm and will bring you directly back to the front of the hotel.

For our guests staying at the Howard Johnson and the Holiday Inn Express, please use the information below to plan for pickup and drop off times on the day of the wedding:

Howard Johnson:
The shuttle to the wedding will pick you up in front of the hotel’s main office at 4:10pm. The bus will only wait for about 5 minutes until it moves on to its next stop, so please make sure you are ready and waiting for the shuttle to arrive at that time.

After the reception, the bus will pick you up at the venue at 10:45pm and will bring you directly back to the front of the hotel.

Holiday Inn Express:
