Ladies, since the wedding is outdoors, we recommend opting for wedges or block heels instead of stilettos. Ties are optionalācome dressed to celebrate comfortably!

How do I RSVP?
š Please RSVP using the link on our website: theknot.com/BecomingMrsBarber. The RSVP form includes a few questions to help us accommodate you. If online RSVPs arenāt your thing, feel free to text either the bride or groom to let us know!
Can I bring a guest?
ā Yes, you may bring a plus one.
What if we have kids?
š¶ Yep, bring them too! Just let us know so we can add them to the headcount.

3. Gift Information
Do you have a registry?
š We are working on it! It's on the "Registery" tab. We're slowly adding to our registry list as we combine households and figure out what we truly need. We also have a honeymoon fund!
Are gifts required?
š Absolutely not! We appreciate you coming to celebrate with us.

Are there hotel accommodations nearby?

Do you have recommendations for things to do in the area?

5. Food and Drink
What type of food will be served?
š We will have a buffet-style BBQ dinner and late-night snack options.
Can I request a special meal?
š„ If you need something special, please let us know in advance! Otherwise, we assume youāll be fine with the buffet-style BBQ dinner.
6. Entertainment
What type of entertainment will be at the wedding?
š¶ There will be a DJ, speeches, dancing, alcohol, possible outdoor games, and a fire. A photographer will also be capturing momentsāso drink and act accordingly!
Can I request a song?
šµ Yes! You can request songs in the RSVP form.
7. Wedding Day Logistics
When should I arrive?
ā° The wedding will start promptly at 5:00 PM. Please be seated by 4:45 PM. You may arrive as early as 4:30 PM.
š If you are bringing a trailer, you can arrive as early as needed to set up. Please let us knowāthere will be signage to assist.
How long will the wedding last?

Pre-Ceremony

Ceremony (5:00 PM - 5:30 PM)

5:30 PM | Ceremony ends, couple recesses, guests transition to cocktail hour
Cocktail Hour (5:30 PM - 6:30 PM)

Couple & family take formal photos

6:30 PM | Guests find seats, wedding party & couple grand entrance
6:45 PM | First dance & welcome speech

8. Photos & Social Media
Can I take photos at the wedding?
š· Weād love for you to capture memories throughout the dayāexcept during the ceremony. We have an amazing photographer who will be capturing all the special moments, and we want everyone to be fully present with us during that time. So please tuck your phones away and enjoy the moment with us!
Should I use a wedding hashtag?

9. Miscellaneous
Is there parking available?
š Yes! Right as you come onto the property, there will be signage.
What time does the wedding end?
