Derek and Nadine first met in the children's nursery of All Nations Full Gospel Church, but it wasn't until 20 years later the acquaintances became friends. It's amazing how life works; you never know who you end up with. Sometimes it's a stranger but in their case, it's the two kids that got dedicated to God at the same alter back in '92.

Derek and Nadine started serving alongside one another as youth leaders, where they both grew in relationship with God and their passion for ministry. Eventually, that acquaintanceship grew into a beautiful friendship.

Both Nadine and Derek are creatives. Derek is a dancer, photographer and videographer. Nadine is everything fashion! They bonded on this and soon started a content creation project that led to the beginning of this journey.

Their courtship has had seasons of ups and downs, but they have triumphed through it all. By the grace of God they will become husband and wife, and are excited to spend the rest of their days as The Appiah-Kubis.
