How do I get to The Harlow and where do I park?

The Harlow is located at 1525 Grand Blvd, in the Crossroads Arts District of Kansas City, MO. The entrance to The Harlow is through the courtyard in the back of the building, which is accessed via the alley in between Grand Blvd and McGee.

The parking lot is located at the corner of 16th and McGee, under the “With KC” mural. There is additional parking located directly across the street, and there will be a parking attendant to assist with finding the parking lot and entrance.

Is there a dress code?

We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite cocktail attire!

Please note, the weather can unpredictable in November in KC, but both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors. Weather permitting, we may have access to the courtyard during the cocktail hour.

What time should I get there for the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm, so please make sure to arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of time to make sure that you are able to be in your seat on time.

What about the reception?

The cocktail hour and reception will be held at The Harlow immediately following the ceremony. There will be a build-your-own Chipotle bar (in honor of our first date!), a variety of desserts, and plenty of drinks for your enjoyment!

Are kids allowed?

If you need to bring your little ones along for the evening they are more than welcome, but we will be close to the venue’s capacity, and we hope to be able to celebrate this special occasion with our dearest friends and family late into the evening, so we’d love it if you could get that babysitter and bring your party pants!

What else do you need from me?
