Located just outside Florence, Castello del Trebbio is a historic Tuscan estate dating back to 1184. Set among rolling vineyards and olive groves, it’s not only a castle but also a working winery and vineyard, offering an authentic and unforgettable experience.

Guests will stay in charming onsite villas, enjoy meals at the estate’s restaurant, and soak in the beauty of the countryside—from wine tastings to walks through the vineyards.

All accommodations are onsite and provided—no need to book separately. Most meals are included (see event schedule) and rooms will be assigned as we get closer to the date.

A contribution of $600 per guest will help cover the cost of lodging and provided meals. A $300 deposit is due with RSVPs by November 3, 2025 and remaining balance is due by February 1, 2026. Payments can be made to Kyla or Adan via Zelle/Venmo/cash.

Round-trip flights from Las Vegas to Florence typically range from $800–$1,200, depending on the season and how early you book.

Flight Tip: For more options and potentially better prices, consider flying into Rome (FCO) or Milan (MXP) and taking a train to Florence.

From Florence Airport (FLR), the venue is approximately 40 minutes by car.

Please note: There is no taxi service at or near the venue. We highly recommend renting a car for easy travel between the airport, venue, and nearby towns.

Private outdoor parking is available at the villas.
