Where do I submit my dinner selection?
We are excited to offer a unique and interactive dining experience at our wedding! Instead of traditional plated dinners, we’ll have dinner stations featuring a variety of delicious options for everyone to enjoy.
Each station will showcase different dishes, and you’re welcome to visit as many stations as you like. There’s no need to pre-select your meal or submit any choices in advance. Just explore the stations, choose what looks delicious, and enjoy at your own pace!
Here’s what you can look forward to:
Station 1:
Caesar Salad with Parmesan, Garlic Herb Croutons, and House-Made Caesar Dressing.
Station 2:
Red Snapper Puttanesca with Spicy Tomato Sauce, Capers, Garlic, Onion, Olives; Brussel Sprouts with Maple Sherry Vinaigrette, Crushed Almonds & Bacon Lardon.
Station 3:
Roasted Prime Rib with Horseradish Cream Sauce; Boursin Cheese & Buttermilk Whipped Potatoes.
Which airport should I fly into?
For guests flying in for the wedding, there are two nearby airport options to consider:
1. Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) in Panama City, FL
2. Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) in Destin, FL.
Both airports are conveniently located within a reasonable distance of the wedding venue. To find the best option for your travel, we recommend comparing rates, flight schedules, and proximity to where you’ll be staying during the wedding.
We encourage you to do a bit of research to see which airport works best for your needs. If you’d like more information or have any questions about transportation or accommodations, feel free to check the travel section on our wedding website or reach out to us directly!
How do I get from the airport to my lodging/wedding venue? Should I rent a car?
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get to your lodging and the wedding venue. Here are some transportation tips:
From the Airport to Your Lodging or Venue:
Taxis;
While rideshare options like Uber or Lyft may not be widely available, taxis can be arranged from both Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) and Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS). We recommend checking with your lodging to see if they offer shuttle services or can help arrange a taxi.
Car Rentals:
Renting a car is another convenient option, especially if you plan to explore the area or are staying off the main wedding venue property.
Getting Around WaterColor and 30A
Walkable Options:
If you’re staying at the WaterColor Inn or renting a house on the WaterColor property, many lodging options are within walking distance of the wedding venue.
Golf Carts:
For properties along 30A (like The Lodge at 30A or WaterColor properties), golf carts are a popular and fun way to get around. Be sure to inquire with your lodging provider about rental options for golf carts during your stay.
If you have any questions or need help planning your transportation, feel free to reach out or check the travel section on our wedding website for more details!
What is 30A?
30A is a scenic, family-friendly stretch of highway along Florida’s Gulf Coast that spans between Destin and Panama City Beach. Known for its beautiful white-sand beaches and charming coastal communities, 30A offers a mix of relaxation and fun for visitors.
Our wedding will take place in WaterColor, one of the lovely beach communities located along 30A. WaterColor is known for its laid-back luxury, scenic views, and convenient access to shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities.
Getting Around 30A
One-Way Scenic Road:
30A is a single, scenic two-lane highway that connects many beach communities, making it easy to travel between areas like Seaside, Grayton Beach, Rosemary Beach, and WaterColor.
Paths for All:
The area features separate, dedicated paths for golf carts, walking, and biking, making it safe and easy to explore.
Golf Carts & Walkability:
Many areas, including WaterColor, are accessible by golf cart or on foot, and these are popular and convenient modes of transportation for both visitors and locals.
Is there a map to help me find the ceremony and reception locations?

Attached is a map with the ceremony location (Cerulean Park) which you will find is a short 2 minute walk to the Lakehouse for cocktail hour and reception!
When should I RSVP?
If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful! We ask that you RSVP before March 15th. After that, unfortunately, any unanswered invites will have to be marked as "not attending”
due to our vendors' cut off dates.
