Pinseekers is the Cedar Rapids area version of Top Golf. This venue includes golfing suites, a putting course, and Duckpin (mini bowling).

The Iowa Children's museum is a great place for kids roughly 2-12 years old. Children get in free with the Museums-for-All WIC program.

The Amana Colonies is a historical village with antique shops, a winery, a brewery, restaurants, and candy shops. The colonies are still an interesting walk if you're not looking to spend money.

Big Grove and Pickle Palace are side by side locations with food, in-house brews, pickleball, and duckpin bowling. Both businesses offer indoor and outdoor seating, with a small play area for children between the two.

The University of Iowa, located in Iowa City is just 15 minutes south of the hotel. A beautiful campus with many sites to see.
