While we do have a hotel block with Timber Ridge Lodge at Grand Geneva (Lake Geneva), The Cove (Lake Geneva), and Holiday Inn (Crystal Lake) with shuttles stopping at all 3 locations. Most hotels in the Lake Geneva area do not do wedding blocks so feel free to book elsewhere and please share that information when RSVPing. We also have some guests renting homes or cabins in Abbey Springs (Fontana) so we will have a shuttle service stopping at the Abbey Springs clubhouse as well to pick up any guests that decide renting a place fits their plans better.

If you stay at one of the recommended hotels or rent in Abbey Springs, we will provide transportation to and from the venue. If you choose to drive, there is parking at the venue but cars cannot be left over night.

Lake Geneva Bus- Hotel 1: Timber Ridge, 7020 Grand Geneva Way, Lake Geneva, WI 53147 (leave there at 3:00pm) Hotel 2: The Cove, 111 Center St, Lake Geneva, WI 53147 (leave there at 3:15pm) Neighborhood: Abbey Spring Club House, One Country Club Dr, Fontana-On-Geneva Lake, WI 53125 (leave no later than 3:40pm) Crystal Lake Bus- Hotel: Holiday Inn Crystal Lake, 800 S Illinois Rte 31, Crystal Lake, IL 60014 (leave there by 3:30-3:35pm) BOTH busses will start shuttles back around 9pm and run a few times until the wedding ends.

We ask guests to dress semi-formal or in cocktail attire. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors (weather dependant) while the reception will be inside but all on the same property.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony to ensure time to get seated. After that, the events will run back to back with no gap time in between. The ceremony will start at 4:30 pm.

Although we love your little ones, our wedding is an adults-only event. Thank you for understanding.

Hang up and hang out! As a couple, we would love to have an unplugged ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer who will make sure to get the perfect shots during our ceremony. Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. After the ceremony concludes, we would be thrilled for you to capture and share photos of our special day!
