How do I RSVP?

Invitations will be mailed out in May. Once you receive your invitation, there will be a RSVP card to be fill out and returned in a prepaid envelope. Don't forget to let us know what dance songs you would like played to get you out on the dance floor!

When should I RSVP by?

RSVPs are needed by July 1st to ensure enough time to appropriately plan for food and seating accommodations. This means RSVPs should be dropped in the mail by the week of June 24th for mail processing and delivery.

Can I bring a +1?

We are so excited to spend our special day with our loved ones. Due to venue restrictions and rules, we kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend.

Are children allowed?

Yes, the initiations that are addressed "& family" are more than welcome to bring children. We'll have some small activities ready for them at their table.

What is the parking situation?

There is parking all around the Village of West Clay Meeting House. There is clear signage up for spots that are reserved or not available for our event.

What time should I arrive?

Our ceremony begins promptly at 4pm. We ask that you begin arriving by 3:30 that way you can park comfortably, find a seat, and relax before we say "I DO"!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We will have an unplugged wedding ceremony. This means we will kindly ask our guests to put turn off and put away their electronics so that we all can enjoy this special time in the moment.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

You are able to take pictures (EXCEPT DURING THE CEREMONY) and post as much as you'd like, but please be mindful of the professionals that have been hired for the event. We cannot wait to see your pictures; so, please tag us and use #AdkinsAdventures.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

BOTH! The ceremony will be held outdoors in the garden, and the cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors in the Meeting House. Cocktail hour will be on the 2nd floor, and the reception will be on the 3rd floor.

Is the bar a cash bar or an open bar?

There will be plenty of adult and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase.
