Ceremony will start at 4:30pm in the bamboo garden at the Camelot Meadows venue. The ceremony will last about 30 minutes followed by cocktail hour.

We love your children, but due to venue restrictions, we are only able to accommodate children of direct family members of the bride and groom during the wedding.

If your invitation says "Plus One" or "And Guest", absolutely! Otherwise, we're keeping the guest list intimate.

We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins.

The ceremony will be outdoors in the bamboo garden, permitting weather. However, only thunderstorms or severe weather will be the criteria to move the ceremony indoors. Thunderless showers will not stop us from uniting under the magical bamboo! The reception will be under a covered barn area.

Although we are looking into options for transportation to and from the venue and hotel, there is no guarantee that we will have it. Please expect to drive a personal vehicle, or plan a ride share/other transportation service on the day of the wedding.

No. The venue does not allow personal vehicles to stay overnight. All guests and their vehicles must be off the property by 11pm per the venues policy.

We kindly ask that guests refrain from using their phones during the ceremony. We want you to be fully present and enjoy the moment with us! Our wonderful photographer will capture all the special moments, and we’ll be sure to share plenty of pictures after the big day. Thank you for understanding!
