The Farmers' Market around Wisconsin's Capitol Building is a must see! There is generally live music, an assortment of cheese, fruits and vegetables, baked goods, and artwork! Kyle's favorite stand is Yummee Treats, Andrew's is Sparrow Hill Farms for artisan meats, and everyone suggests trying Stella's spicy cheesy bread.
The Terrace at Memorial Union overlooks Lake Mendota. It offers free musical performances and movie screenings. Make sure to grab a pitcher of Spotted Cow and some Daily Scoop Ice Cream while you soak up the Lake Mendota view.
State Street is a bus and pedestrian only street that houses shops, bars, restaurants, comedy clubs, and more!
Wisconsin is known for its German heritage. Andrew and Kyle recommend visiting this restaurant while you are here if you want a pint of beer!
Andrew's favorite restaurant in Madison. He recommends getting the tipsy burger with a side of truffle fries. Just make sure that you flip the burger over once you get it because it comes out very juicy! As Andrew loves to tell everyone, "Have you heard of the Tipsy Cow?!"
