Guests should arrive between 3:00 and 3:30 in order to allow time to be transported via golf cart to the site of the altar. Due to the limited number of golf carts and higher number of guests, it may take some time to get everyone to the site.

Yes. Guests are invited to stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites East Greenbush for a discounted price. There is a large block of rooms for Saturday night as well as a smaller block for Friday for those who wish to stay both nights. Please see the travel page for more information.

Yes, there is a parking lot. The venue allows for cars to stay parked overnight and be retrieved the next day.

Cocktail or formal attire would be perfect! Please wear comfortable shoes as there will be times that guests will be walking on gravel to get to and from the event spaces.

We will be having a buffet style dinner. The entrees will include a carving board, braised chicken and penne with vodka sauce as well as a number of sides.

Please prepare for much of the day to be outdoors as well as dinner under an open air tent. Cocktail hour and dancing will take place indoors inside the barn. However, there is an option for everything to take place indoors if necessary due to weather.
