Kyle and Samantha met at college in August of 2018! We were placed into the same orientation group at Northern State. The next day we were the only 2 students that showed up from our orientation group for a campus tour and started talking. Monday, which was the first day of classes came around and Kyle managed to find my Snapchat and add me(He's quite romantic) We started talking a lot and really got to know one another. Turned out we only lived 10 minutes away from each other back home! Also, on the first day of classes I was already sick. Kyle told me to get some rest so he could take me out on Friday night. That was one of the best decisions I ever made obviously behind say yes to marrying him. A few days later he asked me out! During our 6 years of being in South Dakota for college we grew in our relationship immensely! Eventually are time came to an end and moved back home the summer of 2024. A few months pass, Kyle and I both thought it was time to go back to our college and visit. We went for what I thought was going to be just a weekend of hanging out with friends and watching a football game. Kyle had other plans. On that Saturday Nov 2nd right before the football game Kyle told me he wanted to go see the new construction of the business building. Business is Kyle's major so I didn't think anything of it. We were walking back and happened to walk by where we first met. Kyle stopped me and said "Just think this is exactly where we first met and this is where I am going to propose to you" and got down on one knee. I was so in shock and I think I said yes even before he could ask me to marry him. Kyle and Samantha enjoyed the rest of the day and night calling and texting our family and friends with the great news! We both can't wait to say ''I Do" on October 11th 2025 and show off our love to our family and friends!
