Is there a dress code?
While there is no specific dress code required, we'd love for you to dress up in your best spring garden style attire! Colour options such as pastels & floral prints would work great!
What if I don't RSVP in time?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. This is so we can give vendors proper numbers ahead of time! We will send out reminders & invites early so you can be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.
Are children welcome?
We love little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding & reception an adults-only event. Unless your child's name is on the invite, please take this as an opportunity to have a date night!
Can I bring a plus one?
We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Please arrive at the venue no later than 15 minutes before start time. This ensures you will have time to find parking and your seat. If you arrive anytime after 3:00pm, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter. You may arrive as early as 2:30pm.
Can I take photos?
We are having an "Unplugged Ceremony" (No phones or cameras). We would like all guests to be fully present as we say 'I do'. We have hired a professional photographer to capture this special moment for us & we promise to share photos with you all afterwards! After the ceremony feel free to take as many photos & videos as you like!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! Please drink accordingly & make sure to still be respectful of the venue, staff and all other guests. We love to have a good time but would hate for someone to get out of hand & behave irresponsibly. If you are not participating in the driver service to specific locations, be sure to have a safe ride home from the venue.
Is there parking?
Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue, but to save space we encourage you to carpool or take a taxi if able too! You may leave your vehicle parked at the venue overnight, but need to be back by 9:00am the following day to pick up.
Will there be a driver service?
Yes! We will have driver services to specific locations in Lacombe & Red Deer. From there you will need to figure out transportation to your home or hotel. Emails have been sent out regarding details about transportation. If you did not receive an email, please message us.

Venue Rules
There are designated smoking areas throughout the venue. Absolutely no smoking or vaping are allowed inside. Use of marijuana inside or outside of the property are not allowed. Failure to comply will result of a fee.
Is the ceremony outside?
Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outside. Please keep in mind that the weather can always change in Alberta! The ceremony will be on grass so make sure you’re wearing proper footwear!
Bus transportation
Driver service information:
One will pick up at Tim Hortons in Red Deer on 67th (Orr drive) at 2:00pm and take anyone staying in that area.
Second bus will pick up at Best Western Lacombe at 2:10 and then stop at the Travelodge in Lacombe for everyone there.
In the evening the first bus will head back at 9:30, followed by 11:00 and 12:30. This bus will go to both Lacombe and Red Deer.
