We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony so everything can run smoothly and you can get a great seat!

We ask that only who we put on the invitation are the ones we would like to attend. If your children are included on your invite, we ask that you keep an eye on them throughout the festivities.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, your envelope will be addressed that way. Thank you for understanding!

Shuttle service will be available between the Rothschild Pavilion and the Hilton Garden Inn Wausau at select times yet to be determined.

Yes, there will be, but there will be drinks and snacks available. Feel free to explore the area or even check into your hotel. You can then bring the hotel shuttle back to the venue.
