Yes, both the ceremony and reception are both on-site at The Barns at Wesleyan Hills in Middletown, Connecticut.

There is parking available on-site. You may leave your car parked overnight. Since the next day is a Monday, The Barns has let us know they can be flexible as to when people pick up their cars. There are also ride-share services available in the area, including Uber and Lyft, in which you can pre-schedule a ride at a pre-determined time. Depending on traffic, the ride from The Barns to the Courtyard New Haven Wallingford (and vise versa) is approximately 15 minutes. Please be safe and plan transportation accordingly (and if you are using a ride-share service like Uber or Lyft, download the app beforehand)!

The deadline given to us by the venue to RSVP is Monday, July 1st, 2024. Because of the deadline given to us, we will be giving the venue our final count on July 2nd, 2024.

The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will be indoors (with air-conditioning).

We look forward to seeing you all in Black-tie attire, including floor length gowns & black tuxedos (other colored suits and tuxedos are also acceptable)!

We have ensured that both our cocktail hour and seated dinner have options for our guests with food allergies. At our cocktail hour, the following are GLUTEN-FREE: shredded beef taco, shrimp & scallop ceviche, and Italian style meatballs. Additionally, the following are DAIRY-FREE: shredded beef taco and shrimp & scallop ceviche. Finally, the following are VEGETARIAN (contains dairy and egg): pomme frites and berry bruschetta.
