We were 16 years young and in need of jobs. Taylors dad had been talking to Taylor about getting one for spending money of her own, since she has a shopping addiction. Her family had a Sunday routine: church and Wink Mart pizza for dinner. So the Browns were known by the Jays. It all started with Wayne talking to Mrs. Jay about Taylor working there. To Taylor’s devastation, she was hired the next day. Man she was nervous. After being shown around the store, Mrs. Jay introduced her to the “pizza guy,” Kyle. She could tell just how nervous he was because he was so quiet. In that instant she knew she never wanted a new job. He was the light in a dark room. Made any and everyone smile and laugh, especially her. It took her about a week to get his number. They started dating shortly after. He would bring her ice cream at work on his days off. They would sit in the parking lot and listen to music until one of their moms called. They went through their obvious bumps and spent time apart. Being 16 their lives took different paths, but they never forgot one another. They have been together since they found their way back.
