The story of Kyle & Sarah all begins in Middle School when they were in the same class in 6th grade. This is when the friendship began and never ended. 7th grade rolled around, and Kyle took the leap of faith and asked Sarah to be his girlfriend in the middle of a hangman game (lol). Sarah said “yes”, but this was a time period neither can recall much about.

Then came high school, and they both continued to be friends with one another. Although Sarah was stubborn beyond compare, Kyle was persistent, and with time, they began dating during their senior year of high school on February 19th, 2021. They were destined to be high school sweethearts. During their senior year they went to Prom, graduated from Oconomowoc High School together, attended the EAA, and spent every single possible day together before Kyle left for Marine Corps boot camp July of 2021.

Time for the next journey of their relationship. Long distance, with limited communication (aka letters only for 3 months, lots of Face Time calls for an additional 3 months). Once Kyle came home from boot camp in February of 2022, life together continued.

In August of 2022, Kyle decided it was time to start ring shopping, and he began the ring design process. He picked up the ring in September of 2022 and saved it for the right moment which happened to be February 25th, 2023. This is the day Kyle proposed, and the next chapter of their lives began. Backstory to the engagement - Sarah scheduled a couples photoshoot with KimberlyShotsPhotographyLLC (also the wedding photographer!) for their 2 year dating anniversary, and Kyle took this as the perfect opportunity to propose!

This leads us to now, where we’ve been slowly planning our dream wedding for August, 22nd 2025 at The Bowery in Rubicon, WI. We can’t wait to see you there!
