Yes! The venue is very kid friendly, and there will be plenty of things for them to do. Please include them in your "total attending" in your RSVP.

Charlotte Douglas International Airport. It is located about 40 miles from the venue. Piedmont Triad International Airport is the next closest at about 70 miles from the venue.

The venue is located about 20 minutes from Concord, NC. Several of the hotels there offer Military/Government discount as well. Airbnb is also a great option in this area.

Dress as casual or as formal as you like. We are excited to share this day with you and want you as comfortable as possible.

While most of the venue is outdoors, we are asking that you do not bring pets. Service Animals are welcome!

There is, and there is also a golf cart to help escort you to and from the ceremony. We do ask that if you require a handicapped parking spot or additional assistance that you let us know ahead of time.

It is not. There will be many drink options available, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, that will be complimentary to you. The venue requires us to remove individuals who bring in outside alcohol or illegal drugs.

There is a designated smoking area for all tobacco and vapes.

The average high is in the high 70's and the average low is in the low 60's. The Ceremony will be held outside, so please plan accordingly. The Reception has both an indoor and outdoor area.

Please let us know if you have any special dietary restrictions. There will be a wide range of food options available, and we can ensure something is available for you. We are asking to let us know at least a month in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
