When we moved to Texas, we were welcomed immediately by our loving neighbors and we quickly became incredible friends. Faith is the daughter of Adam and Jennifer. She loves cats, playing outside with friends, and most importantly loves flowers.

Ryan and Kyle met at Huey Lueys in 2016 when Kyle made a joke that was well delivered and poorly received. They worked silently and awkwardly with each other following that joke until they were both sent to the new location for the opening of the new restaurant. They worked together during the opening for 6-7 days a week for 13-16 hours a day for the first year it was opened. Like any shared trauma, it brought them closer together and they realized the similarities and appreciated the differences. They had double dates together as they had both met their future wives at the restaurant and many entertaining experiences like snow days with tequila, baseball games that included but was not limited to the overconsumption of Woodford Reserve and the occasional game of pool. Following a 4 year work history together, Ryan and Kyle made it a point to continue to share experiences, stories, and an occasional good bottle of whiskey(not Woodford) with each other.

Daniela and I met back in 2015 at Poblanos where Daniela worked as a server. I bartended across the street at Huey Leuys. I quickly became a regular at her work. Our friendship eventually deepened. She was there for me through light and dark times. She’s been my bff and I know I can always count on her. We may go days, weeks, and sometimes even months without talking but when we do it’s like no time has passed by. We love dancing together, eating yummy foods, nature, and deep conversations. She has seen the evolution of Erika and how much I’ve grown as a human being. I’m forever grateful for our friendship. To have her stand by my side on this special day, is a true blessing. Te quiero mucho ❤️

Kyle and Erika initially met Casey’s Girlfriend Laurynn at the farmers market in Dallas. Upon initial conversation they realized how much they had in common; with the simple question of “Do you want to be friends?” a plan to hang out was made. Being that they had all just moved to Texas from outside states, this was a tread into new social waters of new friendship. They attended a ‘Fleetwood Mac’ cover band at a local entertainment venue and started by sharing a pitcher of beer together. The night ended with Casey and Kyle enjoying cigars on the rooftop cigar lounge and enjoying hours of great conversation with one another. Although their schedules didn’t always line up, they made it a point to hang out whenever possible whether involved a camping trip to Colorado, or just a cigar, a beer, and great conversation.

Laurynn and I met at the Dallas Farmers Market where she was working at the mushroom 🍄 stand. We immediately hit it off and asked one another if we wanted to be friends. Her and Casey had just moved Dallas and we had just moved as well. Making friends as adults can be hard, so we were grateful to have met the most amazing friends. We bonded in the following year, and even traveled to Colorado. Then, they moved to Florida. Laurynn was my bff in Dallas but now she is my bff for life. We’ve kept in touch and somehow through the distance we’ve grown closer. We both love yoga, tarot, crystals, all things health, organic foods, sourdough, mushrooms, hiking, Rising Appalachia, and more. Having her by my side is a dream come true. I love you, Laurynn!

Luke and Kyle met 10 years ago when Kyle was living in his first apartment in GA. Kyle had showed up to a party at his sisters and was greeted with a very drunken question by Luke “Your arms are huge! Have you ever measured them?!” to which Kyle initially responded with a simple “Uhh no man” and carried on with the night. As the evening carried on they began to talk and realized how organic of a friendship there was between them and upon first interaction even discussed living with one another. That plan did in fact come to fruition within the next two months and started a saga in their lives that will always be unforgettable and great laughs to look back on as their friendship transformed into brothers.

Leslie is Kyle’s sister. I met Leslie when Kyle and I first started dating and she has always treated me like a sister. We lived together and that’s where we got even closer. We both love crystals and tarot. Leslie gave me my first tarot deck which is still my favorite. Grateful she’s accepted me as part of the family.

Kyle and Evan met on Evan’s first day at a restaurant in GA, fresh out of high school and in his first restaurant position. Kyle initiated conversation the only way he knew how, with dry humor that nobody seems to understand. As it were, Evan shared a very similar style of humor which started a journey of relentlessly hilarious(to them) jokes and quips. Over the course of 10 years they shared many laughs and life experiences creating a trust and bond of friendship including Evan moving to Texas for a brief period and living with Kyle and Erika in the new state.

Brittney is Kyle’s cousin and we met several years ago but we started to get close when she visited Dallas. She stopped in Dallas on a layover where we spent 12 together getting to know one another. We had the best time visiting restaurants and bars. It was like we had been bffs for years. Ever since then, Brittany has visited us multiple times and we’ve grown closer. Grateful to have her as one of my girls! She has helped me through the wedding planning process and has been so helpful.

Kyle and Brent met when Kyle started at his first restaurant job outside of his hometown at the age of 19. Brent was a motivated, dedicated, and caffeinated team-lead in the restaurant who was working towards a promotion into salaried management. Though together there was relatively brief of less than a year, Brent coached and guided Kyle as he had gained aspirations towards a leadership position. Their schedules soon became mirrored as Brent trained Kyle to be his role replacement as he had achieved his promotion into management at another location. Following that, they rekindled at their following company together where Kyle and Brent became operationally and personally closer leading them to the same restaurant opening where they ran the location together like Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski, working through challenges, successes, and even being their for the start of Kyle and Erikas relationship as well as Brent and his wife’s relationship.

Stefanie and I met at Huey Lueys. We were both bartenders and worked well together. Stefanie was there for me when I needed a friend. She quickly became more than a coworker. She’s seen the evolution of Kyle and I. She was there when we got engaged and grateful she will be there when we say “I DO.” Stefanie and Ryan are great friends and beyond excited they get to stand next to us on our special day!
