Woodburn Ridge is an event venue located in the beautiful Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia. It is located on a 185 acre farm with fields, ponds, and forests overlooking the Valley below. This venue will host both the ceremony and reception.

We request the honor of your presence at our wedding celebration, Saturday the 17th of May, 2025 at Woodburn Ridge event venue in Aylesford, Nova Scotia.

The ceremony will begin at 3:00 p.m. followed by cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres, drinks, and lawn games (weather permitting). Cocktail hour will be followed by a seated buffet dinner, and dancing until 11:30 p.m. Please arrive by 2:30 p.m.

This is by no means an exhaustive list, just some ideas to get you started! There are lots of AirBnB's and hotel options, some of which are listed here.

Please note that Acadia University Graduation Ceremonies will be this same weekend, so lodging is likely going to book up quick. Let me know if you need any assistance booking. The sooner you can book a place, the better! Please also keep in mind that there is a zero drinking and driving policy at this venue, so please plan for a designated driver or to arrange a cab or shuttle (which we're happy to help coordinate!).

~15 minutes from venue. The closest hotel to the venue! 15 rooms are reserved for wedding guests, 12 rooms with 2 queen beds and 3 rooms with 1 king bed. Please call them and ask for Stevens-Pottie Wedding rooms. They will need your First Name, Last Name, Phone, Email and Credit Card, and once the reservation is complete they will send you a confirmation email. They have a few rooms outside the reservation block that might be available should the reserved rooms fill!

Aurora Inn

Many Airbnb's are ~10-30 minutes from the venue. Several nearby Airbnb's fit larger groups but have a longer minimum stay, so if you're looking to come to NS for a mini vacation and might book Airbnb, I recommend booking early! Let me know if you need any help finding one! There's also lots of smaller ones for groups of 2-4.

﻿Your presence is one we can’t celebrate without, and the best gift we could ask for. But should you be interested in providing a gift, we would greatly appreciate monetary contributions toward our future! If you've spent 5 minutes with us, there are two things you quickly realize are important to us: Charlie, and travel. After the wedding, we will be continuing our adventures, heading to South Korea and Japan in 2025! In 2026 we hope to take our official honeymoon in Costa Rica, and do absolutely nothing! Anything you decide to gift us will directly go towards these endeavors (and Charlie's treat and toy fund).
