We will be providing a bus option to all guests, however seats will be limited. The buses will be leaving from the Hanmer Township and will be returning to Hanmer Township at the conclusion of the Reception. If you do not indicate on your RSVP that you will need a seat on the bus, then you won't be given a seat on the bus. Please note that Hanmer Springs does not have Uber and the Taxi service is very limited. It is a longgggggggggggggggggg walk from Hanmer to the venue, but feel free to stretch the legs if you get too drunk.

Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your invitation. We wish we could share this celebration with everyone; however, we can only share it with our nearest and dearest, which is you!

We love all of our friend's and family's children! However, due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate guests under age 21 on our wedding day, with the exception of children in the wedding party. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night!

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! Our dress code is formal attire, so enjoy putting on some heels and a nice jacket!

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00pm (given that Mel isn't late......). We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes before the start time. If you have indicated on your RSVP that you would like to catch the bus from the Hanmer township, then we will communicate with you about the meeting time of your specific bus.

We will provide an open bar with chosen RTDs, beer, and a selection of red & white wines. We will also have multiple non-alcoholic options & coffee. Kyle and I can't wait to share a drink with you all! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you!

Amuri Estate has parking onsite which you can use for parking on the day. We also have buses departing from the Hanmer Township and returning to Hanmer at the conclusion of the Reception.

Please RSVP as soon as possible, however the due date for all RSVP's will be May 30th 2024. This is so that we can plan our guest's transport to and from the venue and so that we can confirm our catering.

As we live in Auckland, we can't transport any gifts back with us. Your presence is our gift! However, we do understand that giving is a form of gratitude so If you are wanting to give us something, we will have a wishing well on the night which will go towards our honeymoon.
