We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! Our dress code is cocktail attire (no blue jeans or shades of white, please)! Wedding events are likely to take place inside the barn, but if the weather cooperates we would love an outdoor ceremony, so please dress warm and bring layers!
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your invitation envelope. For example, if you have a plus one, your address will be listed as "Mr./Mrs. XYZ and Guest". If you are confused, when you RSVP and type in your name, you will see if you have a plus one! We want everyone to share in the celebration and this will ensure that we are surrounded by our close friends and family. We hope you understand!
Can I bring my children?
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. We love all of our friend's and family's children, but due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate additional guests not listed on their invitation envelopes on our wedding day. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night!
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Please arrive 15-30 minutes early. Our ceremony begins promptly at 3:00 PM. Water and restrooms will be available starting at 2:30 PM for any guests who wish to arrive early and socialize!
Can I take pictures throughout the ceremony/reception?
In order to ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We request that you turn off/silence all phones during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment and we would be happy to send you any pictures upon request! During cocktail hour and the reception, please feel free to take as many photos as you would like.
Will there be transportation to/from the venue?
We will be providing a shuttle starting after dinner that will drop guests off at the blocked hotels (Hilton Garden Inn and Mariott Residence Inn). Please plan to make your own arrangements for getting to the ceremony. Please see "Where do I park?" for additional information on parking. Uber and Lyft are also available in the area.
Where do I park?
Rolling Ridge Wedding & Event Center has free on-site parking. Cars must be removed by 8:00 AM the next morning (11/10/2024). Our #1 priority is our guests safety, and we plan to provide a shuttle to the blocked hotels. Uber and Lyft are also available in the area.
What do I do if I can't make it?
You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it, please RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
When do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by October 1st, 2024 on our website by clicking on the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume that you are unable to attend.
