Where is Lorne Country Club?
2 Holliday Rd, Lorne VIC 3232.
Just over a 2 hour drive from Melbourne CBD along the beautiful Great Ocean Road.
Are Children Allowed?
We love children, we even have a couple of our own but we are only capable of allowing children with American passports to attend, due to their inability to organize babysitters. Little ones under 9 months are welcome.
If this does not include your kids, please take this as an opportunity to enjoy the night off for drinking and dancing!
Gifts
Your presence at our wedding is the most special gift of all! However, if you would like to give us a gift, there will be a wishing well available on the day. For our technological bankers, we will provide account details.
Where can we stay?
There are many options in Lorne. The main hotels would be the Mantra hotel and The Cumberland Hotel along the foreshore. There are many other small beachside motels as well as AirBnBs.

How do I get back to accommodation safely after I have had many delicious beverages?
Cars can be left in the carpark overnight. A shuttle bus will be organised to have different drop off points (Mantra Hotel and The Cumberland Hotel) on either end of the main strip of Lorne. This will get 90% of guests within a few blocks of all accommodation in Lorne.
What is the weather like in March?
No one really knows. It's kind of a Melbourne thing. Typical beachside Autumn weather during this time of year (Fall for those playing back home). 18c-24c or 65F-78F on average and cooling off at night.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will depend on the weather but likely be outside at the top of the golf course overlooking the ocean. If the weather is unfavorable, it will be inside the country club.
What is the dress code?
Cocktail attire.
Okay so the wedding is done, but what about the recovery session?
The exact location of the recovery is yet to be locked in, but it will likey be at the Lorne Pub on Saturday 28th March. Children are welcome at this event.
