The wedding ceremony and reception will take place at Ash & Oak Weddings, located at 7498 E County Rd 100 N, Avon, IN 46123. Dress to impress—our wedding is formal attire. We kindly ask gentlemen to wear suits or dress shirts with dress pants and ties, and ladies to wear elegant, floor-length dresses or similarly polished formal looks. Please, no jeans, and we ask that all shades of white, ivory, or cream be reserved for the bride. A quick heads-up for the ladies: our ceremony will be held outdoors on grass, so we recommend opting for wedges, block heels, or flats to stay comfortable and avoid sinking into the ground.

Our stunning barn venue, Ash & Oak, provides the perfect blend of indoor and outdoor spaces for our celebration. The ceremony will be held outdoors in the picturesque grassy area beneath the grand oak tree. For cocktail hour, we’ll offer a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, with areas on both concrete and gravel. As the evening unfolds, our reception will take place primarily indoors, while the outdoor cocktail area remains open—complete with cozy firepits—providing the perfect spot to mingle and unwind beneath the stars.

The ceremony will begin at 3:30 p.m. We ask that you please do not arrive any earlier than 2:45 p.m.

Parking will be clearly marked as you arrive at the venue. When you pull onto the property, just follow the signs and look for the helpful Ash & Oak staff. Guests will park near the front of the property and then hop on a golf cart shuttle for a short ride to the ceremony site. Also, please note vehicles cannot be left at the venue overnight.

We kindly ask that our celebration be adults-only (21+). Unfortunately, we’re unable to extend our invitation to children, and we truly appreciate your understanding. We look forward to celebrating our special day with you!
