We met at Camp Maranatha in Scottsboro, AL. Our boss, JoBeth, asked if anyone was free to lifeguard that weekend for candy instead of money. April convinced Kyle he wanted to lifeguard on a Saturday for a pack of twizzlers, followed by our first date. We weren’t supposed to go on dates when working at camp! But April posted a BeReal on the date, which JoBeth saw! Whoops.

We have been at least 1,000 miles apart for our whole relationship, and are excited to live in the same place after our wedding! We are getting married! Yay!
