While we love your kids, we request that if was not discussed prior to the wedding, please leave the kiddos at home. We hope that this does not cause anyone to miss out on any of the wedding events.

We have worked hard to accommodate any identified allergies that may occur on the wedding day. most allergies pertaining to celiacs has been accommodated and taking into account for our day. we ask for all guest to please be mindful and courteous, of those with this allergy. cross contamination with food/drinks containing gluten, can make some of our special people sick. For main courses of food & sauces they are gluten free and staffing with mission bbq is aware with handling and serving foods to make sure all guest don’t accidentally get glutened. the dinner rolls and cornbread that i’ll be served with mission bbq will not be gluten free so please be mindful of this. Desserts - later in the evening there will be the cake cutting that will be used for all guest who have celiacs, and there i’ll be cupcakes for all other guest. again, please be mindful and aware of any cross contamination.

Due to limited car space we ask that families/ couples who reside together, drive together to limit car space. All cars will need to be parked in the front yard of the house. We need to ensure that the driveway is usable for our vendors to be able to adequately preform their functioning on our day.

While we are having a backyard wedding we request that our guest dress in semi-formal attire. Please note jeans are not appropriate for this event.

We ask that every time arrives by 3:30PM to allow time to settle in before the ceremony begins at 4PM.

For our wedding the only assigned tables that we will have is for MOB, FOB, MOG, FOG & grandparents. There will also be an assigned table for the wedding party.
