Welcome to our forever. Pick a seat, not a side — today we become one family. The first row is reserved for the bride and groom’s immediate family for the ceremony, and immediate family will have assigned tables inside the venue for the reception.

Dress Code: Semi-Formal Attire. To help create the atmosphere for our special day, we kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal attire. Gentlemen: Dress slacks with a button-up shirt, with the option of a suit jacket. Ladies: Dresses, dressy blouses with slacks, or pant suits. Kindly note that jeans and sneakers are not permitted. We would love if our guests could incorporate black and/or forest greens into their attire to complement our wedding colors.

To make the evening easy, safe, and stress-free, ShindigIt will be providing a complimentary shuttle to and from the hotel and reception. The shuttle will pick up guests at 2:15 PM from the hotel’s front lobby to head to the celebration. Return rides back to the hotel will be available at 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM. For guests who prefer to drive, parking will also be available at the venue.

To start the celebration, enjoy a charcuterie spread during cocktail hour while you mingle and sip. Dinner will be served buffet-style, featuring brisket, pulled chicken, sausage, mac & cheese, collard greens, and a fresh garden salad. Our open bar will be pouring beer, wine, seltzers, soft drinks, and vodka mixers. Be sure to try our signature “Mr.” and “Mrs.” cocktails — made just for the occasion.
