Yes! There is plenty of parking. If you decide it's safer not to drive at the end of the night, you can return to the venue Sunday from 9am - 11:30 am EST to retrieve your vehicle.

Outside ceremony and indoor reception, weather pending so dress accordingly.

We recommend booking sooner rather than later! Our wedding weekend is a busy weekend for the city of Louisville, so the closer to the wedding, the harder it might be to find a room nearby. We have hotel blocks at multiple nearby hotels, but the blocks close March 27th. Please specify when booking if you plan on staying one night or two.

There will not be a shuttle, but you can drive or Uber/Lyft to and from the venue.

The ceremony is at 4:00 pm EST. The venue entrance gates will start closing promptly at 3:45 pm EST to ensure guests are parked and seated by 4:00 pm EST.

There will be a cocktail hour for guests to enjoy, either inside or outside, while photographs will be taken of the bridal party. Dinner will begin at 6:00 pm EST.

There will be a send off at 10:15 pm EST. Guests are to be off the venue grounds by 11:00 pm EST.
