The ceremony will by outdoors, while the reception will be indoors.

Prior to the ceremony there will be 3 golf cart shuttles to accommodate the walk from the parking lot to the ceremony location. Also shuttles will be available after the ceremony for transportation to the indoor reception space.

The first two drinks are on us! After that, a cash/card bar will be available for any additional drinks.

In August it will be warm, however the ceremony is the only portion not in air conditioning. We are asking that you wear something comfortable, dressy casual. Examples of dressy casual attire: For women sundresses and lightweight fabrics are encouraged, with dress pants and button-downs for men. Please avoid shorts, flip flops and jeans.

We recommend staying at The Pines Resort or nearby hotels in Oakhurst.
