The ceremony will be held outside (unless there is rain) and the reception is in a lovely indoor/outdoor venue!

We ask for guests to come in cocktail attire the wedding is wildflower/garden party style if you want to match the theme but feel free to wear any color or shape you desire!

You can rent a car or if you’re anti car rental you can stay a night in Denver and take the Amtrak train in the morning right into the village. From there, there is a bus that will be able to take you all around the towns of Winter Park and Fraser. If you intend on going into Rocky Mountain NP or outside of the nearby towns you will need a car.

It’s usually pretty warm and sunny about 75/80 with an afternoon thunderstorm that typically lasts about 20 minutes. Beautiful and cozy.

We want you to have as much fun as possible, if your children add to your time they are more than welcome! Use your discretion. We will have a play room set up for them and games out in the garden area. There is a walking path as well, lots of space for little ones to run around.

Text Kyle and I directly if your invite does not explicitly give you a guest! While we want you to have your partner with you to increase your experience, we would also like to personally know everyone in attendance.

Text Kyle or Kylee if you have any dietary restrictions and we will be sure to have our caterer provide an option for you!

Morning of: do as you please 3:30 pm: ceremony 4:45 pm: snackin, sippin, and yappin 6 pm: dinner and partayyyy Venue requires us to all be out by 10 but we can hit the town after party is currently up in the air

Guests coming in from out of town are welcome to join us Friday evening for welcome drinks!

At the ceremony we ask that you kindly refrain from taking photos. After the fact, we will provide you with any photos our photographer has taken. At the cocktail hour and reception please take as many photos as you like we will have an app you can upload them all to so you can share!

You can reach out to Kyle and Kylee up until the week before the wedding. You can also reach out to parents or our planner!

If you have never been to this altitude, please come a day or two early from when you really want to party. Drink slower, 1 drink=2-3. Drink water between every alcoholic beverage. Double the water you normally drink. Long exhales and inhales. And if all else fails, take a nap or grab an oxygen tank from a local grocery or gas station.
