Please plan to arrive at the venue NO later than 15 minutes before the ceremony start time which is 3:00 pm. This will allow you time to find parking (if you are driving yourself) and then find a seat for the ceremony. If you arrive at the start or after the start, we will unfortunately ask you to wait to enter until the start of cocktail hour.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP past the given deadline. We need to give our vendors/venue an exact number by a specific date which is what determined our RSVP cutoff date. We will send out reminders but please be sure to get your RSVP in as soon as possible.

We are really trying to accomplish an "unplugged" ceremony. This means that we are kindly asking that all phones/cameras are put away and silenced during the ceremony. We have hired professional photographers and videographers to capture these incredibly special moments for us and we would hate to have our guests blocking these moment for the professionals to capture. Once the ceremony is over, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!! We are really hoping that everyone will respect our wishes as we want to capture these special moments to their fullest potential!

Our biggest requests are please no jeans, hats, or sneakers. For the gentlemen, golf pants/khakis and a polo is fine, a suit is fine if you are comfortable with that. For the ladies, sundresses are fine if you are not interested in wearing a "formal" dress! Our wedding colors are purple, green, & grey so please be cautious in that regard. Black tie attire is NOT necessary, but please dress to the occasion!

Due to very limited space that we have at our venue, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your invitation. If you receive a plus one, there will be a place to share who your plus one will be when you RSVP. If you don't, please respect our wishes as we're trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. While we do love kiddos, we are unfortunately not able to accommodate them due to limited venue space. The only ones that will be attending will be the ones in the bridal party and immediate family. Thank you for understanding!

YES! We will be providing a shuttle service that will bring you to the venue prior to the ceremony and also from the reception back to the hotels! PLEASE take advantage of this service! Vehicles are able to be left overnight at the venue! More information to follow as the date gets closer!

Yes, we have a room block at the Best Western Owego Inn as well as the Hampton Inn Owego. The shuttle service will be picking up and dropping off from this location as the hotels are next door to one another.

Yes, there will be an open bar, however, it will switch to a cash bar during dinner and also for the last hour of the reception! Please party accordingly and if you are not planning to use the provided shuttle service, please have a way to get home safely!
