Workout for Water was a workout where all 3 ITF Memphis gym locations came together to raise money for a charity, Never Thirst. This is where it all started however both Max and Kylie have different versions on where it went after the first introductions.

Personally I like my version better, aka Kylie's version. After the workout where we ran 3 miles with a canteen of water and did various exercises, a group of people enjoyed pizza and a drink at a local brewery. Max was new to Memphis and was making his way through introductions. He made is way to my table and boy was he cute (even after the workout and chugging water from the canteen "for the pics"). I was an avid ITF 5:30 am workout go-er but after meeting Max and if I wanted to get to know him I needed to start going to the afternoon classes. Fast forward 2 years and many workouts later, gym PRs/accomplishments, coaching now an afternoon gym couple I would say those awkward first workouts together was worth it.
