By selecting the Hays location and specific dates if you click on the "Edit Stay" on the right right of the screen. You then select the "best rates" drop down menu and select corporate you can enter the wedding code (07159550), then select update for the block discount.

By searching the needed dates (06/20/2025-06/22/2025), there will be a field for 'Special Rates'- Enter "OBW"
This will pull up the group block with rooms available under the negotiated rate.
They may also call our property directly and ask for the O’CONNOR-BROWN WEDDING and we can reserve the room with the negotiated rate.
