Where will the ceremony take place?
Ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be at the same place:
209 Pleasant Ave., Santa Rosa, CA, 95403
** Once you have turned on Pleasant Ave, look at the solid yellow line on the road. When the line turns to a broken yellow line (about 1/2 mi.) that is where the driveway is, make a left. The '209' address sign is only about 3' off the ground & is right at the driveway. If you pass a large sign that says "Two Pugs" you've gone one driveway too far. The driveway is 1/2 mile long
What should I wear?
Outdoor Semi-Formal Attire:
Ie. Suit and tie, pantsuits, dresses or dressy jumpsuits
Ladies; large portion of the venue is on grass, so we suggest block heel, flats, wedges or dressy sandals.
Please NO jeans, flip flops or sneakers
Feel free to bring additional shoes for dancing!
Are kids < 16 years old welcome?
Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyones children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and safety reasons. If we are unable to invite your children, we hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!
When do I need to RSVP by?
RSVP by May 1, 2024
What happens if I don't RSVP in time?
If we do not get an RSVP back by the date provided, it will be marked a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to our vendors by the date they give us and cannot accept late RSVPs due to this. Thank you for understanding!
Can I bring a partner/friend/date?
We are at capacity with our venue and budget. Sadly that means we cannot accommodate any additional guests. We can only accommodate those listed on your invitation/online RSVP. Thanks for understanding!
Open bar or cash bar?
Open. The drinks are on us!
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The wedding will be completely outdoors, please plan accordingly. We suggest bringing a light jacket!
Will transportation be provided? Is there easy parking?
No transportation provided, but uber and lyft are easy to get in the area! There will also be parking for 60 + cars at the venue if you plan to drive.
Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
When pricing out hotel blocks, we found that there was really no price difference. We hope you will find a hotel that suits your price range in the area (we listed some options on the accommodations tab). There are also a ton of airbnbs around!
Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Please do! We ask that you refrain from photos during the ceremony, but we encourage guests to take pictures during the rest of the wedding and post them using our hashtag #AndrewStoleHerHart so we can see them too!
