We met at our first nursing job on the 10th floor at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.  In true Kylie fashion she had 2 tickets for a Columbus Blue Jackets game and after exhausting all of her other options she randomly asked John, who agreed to come.  Months passed by and we go on our first official date to the movies! After that Kylie started spending more and more time away from home with “friends from work” or at least that’s what her parents thought.  After meeting John’s parents John asked Kylie to be his girlfriend on May 24th, 2022.  Before going up to Canton to meet John’s sister Sarah, Kylie brought John to meet her family.  A month and half into dating Kylie attended Sarah’s wedding as John’s plus one.  Seeing as John was in the wedding and couldn’t spend much time with Kylie, John’s best friend (and best man) Aaron was tasked with keeping Kylie company.  Aaron and Kylie became fast friends and he and John’s family were sure she was the one for him! The next 2 years flew by and soon they were off on their next adventure. In January of 2024 we took our relationship to the next step by setting off on our travel nursing adventures! It was our first time living with someone other than our parents and after many learning curves we’ve adjusted to life together traveling the country! We’ve been fortunate to have our work take us across the country from Wisconsin to Arizona. In January of 2025 in their week off between contracts John surprised Kylie with a proposal surrounded by their family and loved ones! Our wedding date is set for May 24th, 2026 exactly 4 years after John asked Kylie to be his girlfriend. We can’t wait to start this new chapter of our life surrounded by our family and friends!

Kylie's Dad's bowling center! Have fun bowling or playing arcade games! The welcome party will be here Saturday night from 4pm-8pm!
