We recommend staying at the Best Western in La Crescent, MN. We have all the details about reserving your room on the travel tab. Please book before July 24th, as our block will be released to the public. Please book sooner than later since there is a smaller number of rooms compared to larger hotels.

If you are planning on using the shuttle service we have provided, you can park at the Best Western in La Crescent MN and there will be a shuttle service before the ceremony (1:00 and 1:30 from hotel), during the check-in time/before the reception (4:00 from venue and 4:30 from hotel), and at the end of the night (9:30 - 12:30 each hour). *If it is raining the bridal party will be utilizing the bus at the 3:45 and 4:30 times* If you are planning on driving to the venue, there will be parking attendants across the street from the venue. Parking on the highway is not allowed. You are allowed to leave a vehicle across from the venue overnight, for a sober ride to the hotel, until 1:00 pm on Sunday.

We love your little ones, but our wedding is going to be an adult-only event. We want everyone to relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

We ask that you dress semi-formal for our event, such as a dress with nice sandals or wedges for women and dress pants or nice khakis paired with a collared shirt for men. No jeans, shorts, tank tops, t-shirts, flip-flops, or sneakers. Please no white/ivory dresses with or without patterns.

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We do ask that all phones, cameras, iPads, etc. be put away and turned off during the ceremony. We hope that you take in this special moment with us, without the distractions of technology. This will also allow the photographer to have an unobstructed view of the bride and groom. Once cocktail hour begins, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and be sure to use the hashtag #ForRichertOrPoorer

We are registered at both Amazon and Target. You can go under the registry tab or search for "Kylie Konkel and Collin Richert" on the website to find them.

We will be providing pop, water, along with two kinds of beer. Lemonade and coffee will be provided during dinner. There will be a cash bar for other alcohol options. There should be no outside alcohol or drinks. Please bring cash to tip bartenders or there is an ATM on site.

If the weather permits, the ceremony will be held outdoors. The reception will be inside with outdoor access.
