Dave is who we lovingly call our "matchmaker." Without Dave, Casey and Kylie may have never ended up meeting each other. We don't know where they would be without Dave's persistence to persuade Casey to text Kylie. Dave lives in Middlebury with his beautiful wife, Emily, and their two kids. Throughout this relationship, Casey and Kylie have stayed very close to Dave. He has so graciously accepted the offer to be our amazing wedding Officiant. Dave, we cannot imagine anyone better to pronounce us Husband and Wife. We are so excited to have you up there by our side on this big day!

Emily currently lives in South Burlington with her boyfriend Jude and is expecting a baby girl in January! Kylie can't wait to be an auntie! Emily and Kylie have known each other for several years; they met a while ago, lost touch, and then found each other again several years later. They have been best friends since the start, from nights at the apartment to holiday parties at Kylie and Casey's house. She has been around for it all. We can't wait to have you as Kylie's Maid of Honor on this special day; We couldn't have imagined it without you.

Sophie is the daughter of our friends Amelia and Ryan. Sophie is one special little girl, she stole Kylie and Casey's heart as soon as she was born. This little girl absolutely has a part in this special day with us. Soph, we can't wait to see you as our Flower Girl!

Alyssa and her boyfriend, Darrin (who is also a close friend of ours), live right down the road in Bristol. Alyssa and Darrin recently moved into their beautiful new home, and we couldn't be happier for them! Alyssa and both Kylie and Casey met for the first time on Casey's 27th birthday, which was spent celebrating on Lake Dunmore. Since that first day when Alyssa said, "I need more friends, let's be friends," the bond has only strengthened (and so has the Snapchat streak). Alyssa and Kylie's best memories together are days on the boat, impromptu trips, or restaurant dates. We are so excited to share this day with you up there by our side!

Kelly is Casey's wonderful sister. She lives in Rhode Island with her boyfriend Eric and son James. Kelly and Eric just bought their first house together, and we could not be more excited for them! Kelly and Kylie have become very close over the last few years. The shopping trips and adventures in St. John are the fondest of memories. We are both so excited to make more! We are so lucky to have you in our lives! We cannot wait to share this day with you!

Amelia lives in Chittenden with her husband, Ryan, and baby girl, Sophie. They are also expecting a second baby girl this year, and we are so excited to meet her! Amelia and Kylie met through Casey and Ryan at a 4th of July party back in 2021, but we don't discuss it anymore (oops). Amelia has been a great support to Kylie, especially since she is also a police wife. We are so excited to share this day with you and your beautiful family.

Becca lives in Orwell with her husband, Cian, and two wonderful children. Becca and Kylie have been friends for many years. It all started when she first moved to the area and met Cian. Becca began working at Middlebury Peds, and the friendship budded immediately. We are so incredibly happy to have you on our special day!

James is the son of Kelly's partner Eric. Although Kelly has been an amazing "Tata" to James, and this little boy is very lucky to have her! Casey and Kylie met James shortly after Eric and Kelly began dating and very quickly became known as Auntie Kylie and Uncle Casey. James, we could not be happier to share this special day with you. You have a big job, buddy, but we know you will do great!

Connor and Casey have been friends since the Kelley family moved to Middlebury when the boys were in the 6th grade. As kids, their friendship began on the baseball field, and a close trust soon developed. Over the years, Connor has been a constant in Casey’s life, and the two have enjoyed countless adventures together throughout Vermont, Maine, New Mexico, California, Montana… and, of course, Cooperstown. In 2022, Casey and Kylie were fortunate enough to join Connor and Lacey for their wedding in Montana. We hope our wedding day will be as fun and equally beautiful as yours. We are beyond grateful they have agreed to make the trip and to share our special day!

Derek and Casey have been friends since they were young (sometime around the 1st grade). Although the boys lost touch for a few years in between, Derek and Casey once again became close after college. During what was an extremely challenging time in Casey’s life, Derek and his now-wife, Nikki, were always there for him. Since then, Derek and Nikki have each become some of Casey’s most valued and trusted friends. In 2018, Derek and Nikki moved to California after Derek joined the Navy. In 2019, Casey excitedly joined them, along with many other friends and family members, when they returned to Vermont for their wedding. We are incredibly excited that Derek and Nikki will make the cross-country trip this time to help us celebrate our wedding!

Travis and Casey’s friendship began early on in college when the two met on the Thomas College baseball field. Casey immediately connected with Travis, a fellow backup catcher, due to his relaxed, fun-loving, yet competitive nature. Toward the end of their freshman year, Travis, Casey, and their friend Nate decided that they were ready to move off campus. Whether they were truly ready for it at the time or not, together, they set out on a wild ride full of ups and downs and twists and turns. During the three years that Travis, Nate and Casey lived together, their friendship grew into a true brotherhood. In 2023, Casey and Kylie joined Travis and his high school sweetheart, Amanda, in Connecticut for their wedding. We can’t wait to share another evening of drinking, dancing, and fun with you both!

Casey and Ryan – or “Gardner,” as Casey insists, is still the only way to refer to him; met in 2017, at the police academy. Although the two were unable to actually speak to each other for the first few weeks, they quickly became close friends, as those who are forced to shower together for nearly 5 months do… During the academy, which can be a stressful time for many, Gardner and Casey grounded themselves through humor. Whether it was the challenge of seeing how many recruits they could pack together in line for chow, filling a roommate’s rack with baby powder, or an “accidental” spray of inert OC (practice pepper spray) when the other wasn’t paying attention, they made their academy time not only tolerable but often fun. They learned this same humor would be necessary as their careers progressed, and they faced real-world challenges that were not always easy. Since their academy days, Casey has remained close with Gardner and his now-wife, Amelia. After Casey and Kylie began dating, Kylie and Amelia also became close friends. Although we missed their wedding in 2022 (who would have thought multiple future groomsmen would be getting married on the same day on opposite sides of the country…), we are excited that Gardner, Amelia, and their beautiful little girl Sophie will join us for our wedding (so long as a better offer doesn’t come up).

In 2023, Ethan (AKA: Dronesie) joined the Middlebury Police Department. After Ethan graduated from the police academy, he did the majority of his field training with Casey on the night shift. Although they buried themselves in paperwork, the two quickly hit it off and got into all kinds of fun. Once they started to work together, Casey was immediately taken by Ethan’s consistently positive attitude, curiosity, and thoughtful approach to everything he did. Shortly after Ethan finished his field training, Casey was promoted. Although their roles changed, their dynamic did not, and their friendship only strengthened. As Casey began figuring out his new job, Ethan, still learning himself, picked up the slack without a single complaint. Without Ethan’s help and support, Casey’s transition would have been a much more challenging undertaking. As Casey spends more time with Ethan than with anyone else (Kylie included), we both appreciate the friendship and humor he brings to our lives. Although Ethan and his beautiful wife, Maddie, selfishly married before our meeting them, we can’t wait to share our special day with them both!
