We are thrilled to have you join us in celebrating the marriage of Kylie and Cooper! Below you will find some import details for the weekend:

Hotel Accommodations:

For those arriving on Sunday, the hotel staff has assured us they will do their best to accommodate early check-ins to ensure you have ample time to prepare for the shuttle.

Hospitality Room:

A designated meeting room on the first floor of the Wingate hotel will be available starting Saturday morning through Sunday afternoon. Enjoy complimentary snacks and beverages while catching up with family and friends (or meet some new family and friends.)

Wedding Shuttles:

We have arranged two motorcoaches to transport guests from the Wingate hotel to The Seclusion and back for the ceremony and reception. While you are welcome to drive, we recommend taking advantage of the shuttle service, especially considering the dark and windy roads at night. If you’re not staying at the Wingate, you can park in their lot and hop on the shuttle.

Depart Wingate: 3:00PM Depart The Seclusion: 10:30 PM

After Wedding Gathering:

Extend the celebration with us in the Wingate Hospitality Room immediately following your return from The Seclusion. Join us for more celebrations, food, and drinks.

The Morning After:

While there is no organized breakfast or brunch, Kylie and Cooper will be in the Wingate breakfast area to say goodbye before they head off to St. Lucia for their honeymoon the next day.
