Wedding guests are required to park in the venues satellite parking lot located 1.4 miles from the hotel.
Complimentary shuttle service to and from this lot and the hotel will be available 2 hours before the start time of the event and until 2 hours after the event end time.
Shuttles will run continuously leading up to the ceremony. The longest you will have to wait for a shuttle should be 10 minutes.
River House at Odette's
River House at Odette’s has reserved a block of 5 rooms on November 7th and 10 rooms on November 8th for our wedding. Rates in the block will reflect standard hotel rates and vary based on room type and date in which reservations are placed. Odette’s encourages guests to reserve their accommodation at an earlier date to secure the best rates.
When you call to reserve your room, please mention the Moore-Ernst Wedding to get a room in our block. Our block is released to the general public on 8/8/24, so we recommend booking your room before that date.
