A huge THANK YOU to our wedding party that is traveling from all over the U.S. to support us on our big day! Our people are traveling from different parts of Michigan, Wisconsin, Iowa, Alabama, California, Texas, Oregon, Nevada, Alaska, Iowa, and Florida. We appreciate you all SO MUCH!

There will be an area to camp on site for free. If you choose this option please bring your own camping gear and expect for the noise to be loud… late. We have concert level sound so please keep that in mind.Think true music festival. 💜The first night we plan to cut the music around midnight. The second night we want to keep it going as late/early as we can manage. Since this is our own event we can play this part by ear- so please be flexible and ready to ride the wave with us! We do ask that no children camp on site.

Camping On Site

This is a state campground seven minutes away. If you’d like to camp in a quieter area this is perfect for you. We will have DDs available to drive you here at the end of the night. This is our suggestion for anyone with kids that still wants to camp.

If you are flying in and want to carpool with others, please email passamaniwedfest@gmail.com and I will work on connecting people who are arriving around the same time so that we can coordinate transportation. We know none of the airports are super close to the venue, but we promise the travel will be worth it!

CARPOOLING

This is the closest airport to the venue- roughly 45 minutes away. It is TINY. So keep that in mind!

Ford Airport

This airport is roughly 1.5 hours away and where a lot of our friends and family live. It is likely that I could find you a ride if you're needing one! Please email me as soon as possible if you're considering this option and need rides. PassamaniWedfest@gmail.com

Marquette Sawyer Regional Airport

This is the closest larger airport in the area. It is roughly a 2.5 hour drive. Please take that into consideration if flying in here!

Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport

This is another larger airport but is 2 hours and 45 minutes away from the venue.

Appleton International Airport

This is a small airport 2 hours from the venue.

Wausau Downtown Airport

Well, it's a two day festival with concert level sound and production. You should have plenty to keep you entertained on site BUT we've done better and have some additional things for you to enjoy.

No, really.We hired our favorite tattoo artist for the day to tattoo you guys. There will be a flash sheet to choose from. Think small, but memorable! :) Tattoos are paid for. However, tipping the artist is appreciated! We ask that you bring cash for tips if you're able to.

Yupp, you read that correctly. Kiddos can enjoy a bouncy obstacle course that will be set up and visible from the stage area. They can jump, you can jam out.

Yes, of course we will have a photo booth! Please enjoy this at least once. We can't wait to look through them!!!
