We began dating thanks to a love for Scooby-Doo, the Hex Girls, and a very long blackout at Kylie’s apartment complex. We then, about 2 weeks into dating, took a trip to Corpus Christi (with our dog!).

Then came the 6 week, cross country expedition! We visited both sets of parents, Kylie’s grandparents in Maine, and Kylie’s undergraduate graduation. It was long, but we were stronger for it!

We continued dating through the end of lockdown and beyond, knowing this was it for us.

In February of 2022, Azha entered our lives! Our adorable little house imp is a jet black rescue from San Antonio who provides the perfect amount of chaos to the world.

In December of 2022, David moved into Kylie’s apartment! It was cozy, but we made it work. See if you can spot tiny Azha in the picture!

We made that cozy apartment a home, but slowly outgrew it thanks to our two furry babies.

In October of 2023, we moved into our first home! We still lived in Texas, but were determined to make the best of things while we were there.

On New Year's Eve, 2024, we got engagement photos taken! The lovely Killy Nelson took them, and we couldn't be happier with how they turned out!
