To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type in the name(s) listed on your envelope. Kindly RSVP before the 22nd of July 2025. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVP's received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed! Once you have RSVP, you will have the option to choose between two starters, two mains and two deserts. There is also an option for those who are vegetarian.

Hensol Castle, Hensol Park, Pendoylan CF72 8JY.

The bar will be open up to an hour before the ceremony should you wish to grab a drink prior to being seated. Please take your seats by 11:30am so that you can get settled before the proceedings begin at 12:00pm.

Hensol Castle has ample, free on-site parking with a short walking distance to the entrance. Guests that are staying at the Vale Resort - there is a free shuttle bus service to and from the castle, please ask the reception staff if required.

Due to limited capacity at the venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones.

We love all of your children but have decided to make this celebration an adults only event. Thank you for understanding!

The best gift is having you at our special day, should you wish to contribute in some other way, we would love a few pennies to put in our pot, for our honeymoon trip after tying the knot.

Formal attire, we kindly request no Black or White!

We really want to see your faces not your devices. Please put away your phones and camera's until after the ceremony. Plus, our photographer is awesome and likes to share.

We would LOVE to have plenty of photos taken with our guests during the reception/evening - the more the merrier so we can look back on them, but kindly request that these photos are not shared on social media until we have announced that we are husband and wife!

The closest accommodation is the Vale Resort, there is a free shuttle bus to and from the hotel. If you require a room, please book directly at www.valeresort.com. Link is available on our "Accommodation nearby" tab. There are a few alternative accommodation options nearby, however they are not within walking distance, nor does the castle provide a free shuttle bus.

Due to a limited amount of bedrooms in the Castle we have offered these to close family and the bridal/groomsmen party.

Guests staying at Hensol Castle will be able to check in from 3pm, check out is at 11am.

The celebrations will continue the next morning with a traditional breakfast for guests staying at Hensol Castle. Breakfast is served in the Hensol Castle Atrium.
