What should I wear?
We want our guests to look and more importantly feel their best! We are requesting guest dress in semi- formal wear, which is sometimes known as "dressy casual." This falls in between cocktail attire and black tie optional.
Our reception is also outdoor so we suggest bringing a light jacket in case it gets cold at night.
Can I bring a date?
Unless otherwise stated on your invitation, we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests or plus ones at this time. We want to have this day to celebrate with only our closet friends and family, allowing us to spend time with the ones we love most! We thank you for understanding!
Where should I park?
There is plenty of parking on site at our venue. Guests are also allowed to leave cars overnight; the gates to the venue will be open the next morning at 6:00 am and all cars must be picked up asap. Per Cross Creek policy, all cars not picked up after 24 hours will be subject to towing.
I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?
We have done a 'room block' at the local Marriot Suites if you would like to reserve a room there. Let them know when booking that you are booking under the "WETHERFORD WEDDING" room block rate!
There is many other options as well and we want to give our guests the option of staying wherever they prefer.
If you are staying for the whole weekend, we recommend the hotels on the list that are in the Old Town Temecula area, as there are many places to eat, shop, and hang out nearby! Temecula Wine Country is a bit further from the venue so if you prefer to stay close by with only a short drive, we recommend the hotel options there. There are also some awesome AirBnb/VRBO options close to the venue that are great for large groups to share!

I see the venue is in the Temecula mountain area. Will we have phone service during the wedding?
While cell service is limited at the venue, there is WIFI at the clubhouse that reaches to the venue site. There will be no problem calling out or requesting UBER/ride share services from the clubhouse!
Is transportation being provided?
Because we are giving our guests the choice of accommodations, we will not be providing shuttle service to the venue.
However, we WILL be giving our guests UBER credit to use towards their ride fare to and from the venue, so we hope this will help cut the cost of transportation for the guests. More details to come!
Are kids welcome?
Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to restricted numbers and limited budget. If anyone needs help with making arrangements for childcare, please let us know and we will do our best to assist.
