When should I RSVP by?

April 3rd is the last day to RSVP. If you know you can or cannot make our special day at this time, RSVP in the section listed as soon as possible! This way we can ensure we have the appropriate chairs and meals. If you do not RSVP by the date listed we will assume you cannot make our wedding and you will be dearly missed!!

What is the dress code?

Our theme is Garden Romance. Dress code: semi-formal / cocktail attire. We welcome our guests to wear jewel tones or soft, romantic colors. The bridesmaids are wearing greens, pinks, and berry colors. The groomsmen are wearing tan with green ties. For women: a classy, elegant midi or floor-length dress is perfect. For men: a neutral or colored suit, slacks, khakis or linen pants with a nice button-up works great. We kindly ask that guests steer clear of cowboy hats, jeans, and white.🥹

Can I bring a plus one?

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited and listed on your invitation will be accommodated! If you received a plus one, they will appear with your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

When Should I Arrive?

Our wedding ceremony will begin approximately at 4pm so please arrive at The Calera at least 15 minutes early. If you are shuttling down from the main hotel add in a few extra minutes!

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that phones are put away for the ceremony portion of our day as we are having an “Unplugged Ceremony.” We have hired an amazing photographer that will ensure the moment is captured beautifully! We encourage all our friends and family to take as many photos and videos throughout the remainder of the night, once the ceremony is finished!

Are children welcome?

Yes of course! When you RSVP please RSVP for them! However, since our wedding is a little bit of a destination wedding, we also encourage you take this as a little vacation of your own and have a great time! Either way, we are so so excited to celebrate with you all!

Is the wedding outside or inside?

As the sun will be shining (hopefully), the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, and the reception will be held indoors!

Will there be a bar?

Yes! We will have a full open bar, specialty cocktails, beer options, wine options, and mixed drink options!

Are there hotel blocks?

Yes! Please call the hotel at 210-558-6500 and mention the wedding Pyeatt/Griffin when making your reservation to receive a discounted rate.
