How it Began

It all started with a kitchen remodel and an unexpected twist. Kyra's mom, in the middle of redoing her kitchen, was scammed by a contractor. Desperate for help, she crossed paths with Edmond’s brother Nicolas. Kyra's mom, a talker by nature asked Nicolas (who is also a talker) if he knew a personal trainer and he recommend his brother, Edmond. Little did I know, that suggestion would lead to a chapter of my life I’d never forget.Edmond became my personal trainer, and I’ll admit, at first, I wasn’t thrilled about it. Those Monday and Friday sessions were tough—his workouts were intense, and I dreaded every minute of them. But over time, something shifted. What started as just an exercise routine turned into something much more meaningful.About three months into our training sessions, something unexpected happened. Edmond asked Kyra, to hang out and play volleyball. They spent the entire evening together, laughing and talking. It was one of those nights that just clicked, and a connection began to form.Not long after that night, Edmond took Kyra on an official date—canoeing and dinner. It was the start of something special, and from there, the rest is history. A series of unexpected events led to a love story that neither of us could have planned.
